TO ALL SUBSTITUTES: You must fill out a timeslip for any time worked as a Sub Classroom Aide, Sub Secretary, Sub Clerk-Typist, Sub Library Clerk or Sub Teacher Assistant. You will only be paid when a signed timeslip is submitted before your departure each day. Timeslips are located at the front desk at each of the schools.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION-PLEASE READ***
We now have an online employee portal for the paperless delivery of paystubs. As of January 15, 2014 payroll, we will no longer send paper pay stubs for employees who receive direct deposit. All employees, including substitutes, need to set up their accounts as soon as possible. Employees who currently receive paper paychecks are urged to participate in the direct deposit program.
